Factory Overview
Our main 20,000 m² manufacturing campus in Baiyun District, Guangzhou houses all production, R&D, quality control and warehouse operations under one facility.
R&D Laboratory
Dedicated formulation and development laboratory where our chemists develop new formulas and conduct product stability testing.
Raw Material Control
All incoming raw materials are quarantined and tested before entering production. Batch records kept for full traceability.
Formula Production
Temperature-controlled vacuum mixing vessels produce each batch according to the validated manufacturing method.
Filling Lines
Automated and semi-automated cleanroom filling lines handle a range of product types and packaging formats.
Packaging Lines
Dedicated packaging section handles labeling, carton assembly and secondary packaging.
Quality Control
In-line QC checks at every production stage. Finished goods are inspected against the approved golden sample.
Warehouse & Shipping
Finished goods are stored in temperature-controlled conditions before export preparation and container dispatch.
